FAQ
Is this a replacement part or the full machine?
This page is for a replacement part only. The grinder or coffee machine is not included. If you need a new machine, open the compatible product linked under Fits.
How do I know this part fits my machine?
Check the model code on the rating label under the base of your machine. Order this part only if that code matches the model listed under Fits. Color variants of the same model often share parts, but different model numbers do not. If your code is listed under Does not fit, this part will not work.
Where do replacement parts ship, and how long is delivery?
Replacement parts ship only to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany. Shipping is free. Delivery is about 20 days. Parts ship separately from machine orders, which still use the faster 5–7 day US service.
What is included in the box?
Only the replacement part shown on this page, as listed under What's included. The machine, extra tools, and other accessories are not included unless the description says so.
I cannot find a part for my machine. What should I do?
Browse [Replacement Parts](/collections/replacement-parts) and match the model code on your machine. If your model is not listed, or you need a part we do not sell yet, email support@shardor1.com with the model code and a photo of the part. We will confirm fitment or tell you if a replacement is available.
